Atmore RC’s 2024 BIG $$ Series Race 2 Presented by H2O Leak Detection and Pool Repair did not disappoint! We started the day out with arrivals before the sun came up and got it done without delay. We saw the locals going rounds and out of towners making waves.
The main event saw 33 entries take first round. The racing was tight as it always is. Ultimately the finals came down to RBA Racing’s Rick Amendt and The Carolina Legend himself Tim D Teague. These guys put on a great show, but there could only be one to hold the trophy high. Rick has been chasing an Atmore RC trophy for almost a year, but this was his day. Big congrats Rick!
Then it was time for the second race of the day. First round would see 29 entries battle it out. Tim D Teague refused to be denied, getting all of his entries to the quarter finals before meeting Mallory Miller in the finals. She had beaten one of his entries in the semis to get to the finals, but he would run closer to his dial after a better reaction time to seal the deal. Big congrats Tim!
